CBD (or cannabidiol) is a molecule taken from the hemp plant. Hemp has over a hundred different cannabinoids.

While THC has psychotropic effects, CBD is devoid of it.

Cannabidiol does not exhibit psychotropic effects and does not induce dependence.

Its anti-emetic properties reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
Known to help fight against addictions, cannabidiol is effective in weaning from THC, tobacco or even opiates.

How does CBD work?

The human body has an endocannabinoid system which is connected to many systems: nervous and peripheral central, digestive and immune system.
This cannabinoid receptor system is present throughout the human body from head to toe! It is then necessary to evoke a system of locks and keys.
The systemendocannabinoid (locks) requires certain cannabinoids (keys) to be activated.
The takeaways: CBD is a naturally occurring molecule in the hemp plant and it’s perfectly legal.
CBD either has no THC or it can contain up to 0.
2% at most to be compliant.

This molecule has many virtues which are particularly effective for the problems of mental health, nausea, sleepiness, sleep, anxiety, muscle pain… This cannabidiol molecule offers benefits for the brain and the body, and that, naturally.

Now that CBD is no longer an alien concept for you, we’ll cover these essential steps to get started.

Step 1 – Choose how to consume CBD.

Before starting the use of cannabidiol, the modes of administration are important and preponderant to obtain the desired effects.
The bioavailability of each form of product containing CBD is different.

Bioavailability

The digestive tract:

This is CBD in the form of capsules, herbal teas or oil, these products, containing cannabidiol, can be ingested directly or mixed with food or drink.

The active principles of hemp will take longer to appear, less intense, but will be diffused throughout the day.

The sublingual route:

CBD will be offered in the form of oil or crystals to be placed directly under the tongue.

This method of administration is even more effective if the product is left for a minute under the tongue.
The bioavailability of CBD in this form is important because the molecule is quickly found in the blood.
The effects will be more intense and will last quite a long time.

CBD flowers, resin, and pollen can also be inhaled via a dry herb vaporizer.

Rectally or vaginally

the CBD molecule is also found in the form of suppositories and these products also have excellent bioavailability.
It is important to know that not all varieties of CBD hemp offer the same benefits.
Each of them has different virtues. Some act on the cerebral side, others on the body.

Each mind is different, each metabolism is different… In summary, we invite you to start with a low rate, then if necessary increase the dosage little by little, until the desired balance.
